Pussy Riot: Maria "Masha" Alyokhina and Eric J. Breitenbach at WestLicht

With an impressive performance reading, Maria "Masha" Alyokhina, co-founder of the Russian art and activist collective Pussy Riot, and her fellow campaigner Eric J. Breitenbach appeared at WestLicht. In front of more than 120 attendees, Alyokhina presented excerpts from her book Political Girl, in which she recounts her experiences in the struggle against the repression of the Russian regime.

Afterward, a discussion took place between the audience and the activist. The conversation was moderated by Miriam Beller from ORF.
